Terms and Conditions

Bookings commence on the hour in each field.  For up to three/four family dogs (unless by prior agreement) in Gatton Gait.  For over 5/6 + dogs in Gatton Lodge.Maximum of 6 dogs walked by one person to a maximum of 12 dogs being walked by two people in Gatton Lodge. Do not release your dogs until the external gate is securely closed.  The external gate must be kept closed at all times after entering/or leaving the car park. Please do not enter the car park until the previous user has left.  Release dogs in field area (not the carpark)

Please arrive on the hour; please have your dog(s) back in your vehicle by 10 to and leave 5 to the hour to ensure dogs do not mix and to allow the next visitor access on the hour

The field is well fenced but it is the dog owner`s responsibility to keep dog`s under control and not allow your dog to bark incessantly nor allow dogs to dig under or try to jump out or damage the fencing/hedging. We will not be responsible for any dog escaping/leaving the field.  If any holes or damage to fencing are seen please notify the owners who will rectify the problem asap. A mobile number is available on site

Please provide your own bio-degradable pooh bags and dispose in wheelbarrow provided every visit which will be regularly emptied.  Please be especially vigilant clearing up after your dogs if you have several dogs using the field at one.  Please take own rubbish home.  Thank you

Please ensure dog`s vaccinations are up to date and that they are regularly wormed but if your dog is unwell or suffering from diarrhoea please do not use the walking field for 48 hours

The field contains areas of uneven ground, long grass and has overhanging branches consistent with the countryside. Appropriate footwear should be worn whilst using the field. By hiring the field, you agree that it`s use is entirely at your own risk and that you will not hold it`s owners responsible for any damage or injury to you or your dog(s).  It is advisable that you hold your own third party insurance to cover an damage or injury caused by you or your dog(s) to any other party.

 

IF USING THE FIELD AS PART OF YOUR BUSINESS SERVICE THEN THE USER MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE BUSINESS INSURANCE AND WILL BE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTROL AND WELFARE OF ALL DOGS UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION WHILST USING  ENTERING AND LEAVING THE FIELD/CAR PARK

Vehicles are parked at owner`s risk and we cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage or loss incurred to the vehicle(s) or its contents or valuables

Individual bookings can only be made through the website at gattongait.co.uk and payment for hire of the field deems that you accept all booking terms and conditions.  Changes to bookings will be accepted if given sufficient notice and subject to availability.  Booking basis first come first served
